We recommend you obtain a proof of postage.  Once your returned item(s) has been received, it is usually processed within 7 days from receipt of the item.

If you are returning products that are not faulty, then the cost of returning the product to Nia Ballerina is your responsibility.

Before returning any undamaged or non-faulty items, please ensure it is in the same condition as when you first bought it, ensuring the tags are still attached. Please ensure you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.

Damage or Faulty Goods

Providing you have proof of purchase, Nia Ballerina happy to offer a refund or exchange on faulty or damaged goods for up to 30 days. Please note proof that a product is damaged or faulty will be required.

Cancellations & Amendments
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it may not be able to be cancelled, or have any changes made to it. Therefore, you may have to wait until you receive the parcel and return it back using the procedure above.
