We recommend you obtain a proof of postage. Once your returned item(s) has been received, it is usually processed within 7 days from receipt of the item.
If you are returning products that are not faulty, then the cost of returning the product to Nia Ballerina is your responsibility.
Before returning any undamaged or non-faulty items, please ensure it is in the same condition as when you first bought it, ensuring the tags are still attached. Please ensure you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.
Damage or Faulty Goods
Providing you have proof of purchase, Nia Ballerina happy to offer a refund or exchange on faulty or damaged goods for up to 30 days. Please note proof that a product is damaged or faulty will be required.

About The Maker
Sharon’s young daughter is a budding ballerina. She’s passionate about dance – and she’s talented too. But for all the ballet dolls, toys and music box figurines, every single one had white skin, and she could never find any that looked like her.
So Sharon dreamed up Nia Ballerina: a role model for her daughter and all young Black girls with a passion. First came the music box, with its twirling Black figurine, then came a doll, a backpack, a puzzle and more. Nia Ballerina is the inspiration young girls need to believe they can be and do anything.
