- Easy: We’ve tried to make these as easy as possible while not sacrificing taste. all you need is an egg, butter/coconut oil and milk/nut milk. ~( you don’t even need an egg for the caramel mug cake)
- We are keeping it low carb on this one: it’s 4 Net Carbs per serving for Chocolate and 3 Net Carbs for the other flavours and trust us it’s so filling you won’t have any complaints.
