Versatile and nutritionally rich, teff is her key ingredient for everything from sweet, fluffy pancakes to savoury breakfast flakes.

And family business Kofo is about more than teff, sourcing irresistible Ethiopian forest honey and rich specialty coffee produced by women too. It’s their way of supporting local communities and introducing the world to divine African delicacies.
