Denim Upcycling Workshop

Ready to give your old jean jacket or shirt a cool, new look? Come along to this in-person Denim Upcycling Workshop where you’ll learn fun and easy ways to transform worn-out denim into trendy fashion pieces. Whether you’re a DIY newbie or a crafting pro, this session is all about creativity and sustainability.

The session will be led by desinger/maker Kala Paul-Worika who uses offcuts from her African print home decor and clothing collections to upcycle denim.

Come with at least one piece of denim to transform during the workshop. Fabric for patches will be provided on the day, but feel free to bring your own. Kala will guide attendees through techniques to attach patches onto denim.
