Returns
Aduwham will only refund or exchange unused products if they are returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
If your order arrives faulty broken, a replacement will be provided. Please email hello@lovejamii.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of your order being delivered.

If your return is accepted, you’ll be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
