Returns
If you do choose not to keep your OlaOla item or if it arrives faulty, please get in contact with hello@lovejamii.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Only the cost of the goods will be refunded, not the cost of delivery.
Exceptions: Earrings are final sale, unless faulty, and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and are advised to return items via a recorded delivery method as lost returns cannot be refunded. Please ask for proof of postage from your post office and keep it until the refund process is complete.
Where orders have been returned to OlaOla due to not being collected, the buyer will be required to repay the shipping fee.
