Delivery

UK standard delivery is £5.

Drinks are made weekly every Tuesday and sent out for delivery on Wednesday, so please leave enough time to make you order and have it arrive.

Returns

To cancel an order, at least 24 hours prior to the date of the drink being made is required for a full refund. If cancellation is requested after that, only a 50% refund can be provided.

6.1 Shipping perishable and fragile items include some inherent risk or breakage in transit, so please be patient if you are unlucky and the delivery team employed by Padnas is unsuccessful in shipping your box safely. Accepting damaged parcels is recommended, in order to provide photographic proof. Once proof has been received; replacement or refund procedure will begin within 48 hours.

6.2 You must notify Jamii of all products which are damaged, broken or late or for any of the reasons stated in this clause within 3 working days from delivery of the products. You must email hello@lovejamii.com.

6.3 Before accepting a full return for the reasons listed above, Jamii and Padnas will try to rectify the problem with your order by issuing replacement items or alternative constituent parts. Or Jamii and Padnas may enact a partial refund for the specific items or parts which are at fault. In the situation of spoiled goods, Jamii and Padnas will need to arrange the return of the goods in order for them to confirm the problem and will need them to verify that the goods are spoiled before a full refund can be issued.

6.4 You will be entitled to a full refund of the items and the original postage. Where Jamii and Padnas make arrangements to collect the goods, you must make them available to the courier in order to complete the return so the refund can then be issued.

6.5 Refunds will be made to the card used for purchase within 30 days of the returned items reaching the return location or partial refund being agreed.

6.6 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Further information about your rights is available from your Local Authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen’s Advice Bureau.

6.7 Customers must note that while Padnas uses mail safe packaging to minimise breakages, items may be subject to some distress in transit. As such, we cannot guarantee the condition of products and packages on arrival sufficiently that they will be in condition that will always satisfy the recipients. Some scratches on labels and minor denting to packaging is to be expected and Padnas will not be able to accept refunds for purely cosmetic reasons unless labels are entirely unreadable and therefore the contents and product details are unclear.

6.8 Please contact hello@lovejamii.com if you have a specific requirement regarding the cosmetic appearance of the product or contents in your order. Padnas will try to take extra precautions for you, or check the cosmetic condition of the items before shipping out but this does not constitute any guarantee from them.

6.9 Any returns for reasons not covered by 6.2 will be refunded less any postage costs we have incurred should a new order not be issued.
