iUVO Skincare offers a 30 day refund policy, from the date goods are received. If you’d like to arrange a return, send us a email.
Please note the item has to be in its original condition, as recieved, and unopened. For security and health and safety reasons, goods that have been used will not be accepted. If the item is faulty, we will give you an option to choose for a full refund or replacement item to be sent. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage in any instance if purchased in error. Only items that are returned back to us will receive a refund.
