How to use Okiki Candles
When you light an Okiki candle, allow it to burn until the wax has melted all the way to the edge to prevent a tunnelling effect leaving hard wax around the jar. This also maximises the beautiful scent that is released as the wax melts.
We highly recommend that you trim the wick each time you light an Okiki candle to around half a centimetre, as this will allow the candle to burn brighter and can prevent the wick from becoming deformed. Of course, ensure that candles are kept out of reach of children and textiles!

Returns
Returns can only be accepted for unused products. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, get in touch with hello@lovejamii.com with your order number and reason for return. Then, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address sent to you via email.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, your return will be processed. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
