Returns
You can return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in the exact condition it was received, unused, unwashed, all labels and tags intact and within its original packaging.
Please do not bring your items into contact with make up, oils, perfume/deodorants or creams. Please also make sure that all bottoms are tried on over your own underwear.
In the interests of strict hygiene rules, returns may be refused where it’s obvious that an item has been worn.
Returns should be received by LJ Signature and processed through Jamii within 14 days; holidays and events permitting. When processed you will receive a return confirmation email.
Refunds
Refunds will go to the original payment method used when you made your purchase.
Please always obtain a proof of postage when sending any returns back. If you do not do this it may result in you not receiving your refund if it gets lost in the post.
