How To Use
Use a small amount of balm and gently rub into your skin to get the maximum hydrating effect of Okiki balms. We recommend that this product is used daily for the best results, focusing on dry skin areas to help moisturise the areas that need it most.

Returns
Returns can only be accepted for unused products. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, get in touch with hello@lovejamii.com with your order number and reason for return. Then, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address sent to you via email.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, your return will be processed. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
