Delivery

UK standard delivery is £1.30 for 2 items and £2.30 for 3+ items.

Orders are usually delivered in 1-2 working days.

Returns

If the items received are faulty or damaged, contact hello@lovejamii.com to request a refund within 7 days of receipt.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with their purchase then it can be returned within 14 days of receipt, and you will receive a full refund, providing the goods are unused and are not damaged. Contact hello@lovejamii.com to request a refund.

Once the return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that your return has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to their credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
