Our Coco Butter & Amber Candle is rich and sweet, with dark chocolate like aromas. It also has notes of warm Moroccan amber enriched by spicy cinnamon.
Our large candles are hand-poured into our 500ml amber jars with our signature Oré mi label and a black gloss lid.
This candle burns for up to 40 hours.
Also, to stay true to our environmental commitments we offer you the opportunity to buy our candles with our without a lid. Which gives you the option to reuse your lid from your old Oré mi candle.
SCENT STORY
My mother was essentially a single parent for many of my younger years in London, while my dad was waiting to join us from Nigeria, so any one-on-one time I had with her was precious.
I have such vivid memories of her taking time out of her crazy schedule to lather me in cocoa butter, to make sure my skin was glowing. That time together was sacred, and it bonded us. I created this scent to remind me of those times with her, pairing the cocoa butter with warm, resinous amber to give it an earthy, velvety scent.
INGREDIENTS
We use soya wax, fine fragrance oils, and cotton-core wicks in our candles. All of our candles are vegan friendly and cruelty free.
HOW TO USE CANDLES
Trim that wick! Before lighting, trim your candle wick so its no longer than 6mm.
Safety first: never leave a candle burning unattended, and don’t burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Stop burning your candle when only 7mm of wax remains.
Once the candle’s gone, you can reuse the jar!
Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar each burn to prevent pooling. This is especially important for our Large Candles.

UK standard delivery is weight-based and will be calculated at checkout.
Orders are usually delivery in 3-4 working days.
Returns
The Oré mi policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, a refund or exchange cannot be offered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, proof of purchase is required. Contact hello@lovejamii.com to return your item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds [if applicable]
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by Jamii. Jamii will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.
Exchanges [if applicable]
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email hello@lovejamii.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. Oré mi does not guarantee that they will receive your returned item.
