If you find a fault with your item/order please notify Jamii within 24hrs of receiving the goods. All items are quality-checked before shipping. Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact, perfumes, heat exposure and general wear and tear is not a product fault. Please see Up To The Neck’s jewellery care instructions (on every product page) on how to best care for your items.
Please note any item(s) received in unsaleable condition will be rejected for a refund. This includes any items poorly repackaged and damaged in transit back to Up To The Neck Jewellery.
Please note: Any parcels returned to Up To The Neck Jewellery by Royal Mail due to the customer entering an invalid/incomplete address will be refunded upon receipt minus delivery costs. If your order was eligible for free delivery the standard rate of delivery for your region will be deducted.
Re-pack the item in the original padded parcel envelope or suitable alternative with all original packaging attached & gift bags.
Clearly label the package with the return address we provide once the return has been approved.
Arrange postage and return the package via the Post Office ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt and keep safe until you have received your refund. Using a trackable shipping option is recommended. This will enable you to receive your refund if the parcel is lost in transit. Any items that are lost in transit and untraceable cannot be refunded.
Return postage costs will be the customers’ responsibility. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund of the item(s) (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed to the original payment method. It usually takes up to 10 working days. We will contact you to confirm refund processing.

How to care for and clean your demi-fine jewellery:
WHEN WORN:
· Keep jewellery away from water! Remove all items before washing your hands, showering and swimming.
· Avoid contact with solutions such as lotions, oils, make-up, nail varnish remover, deodorant and perfume.
· Extreme heat and humidity can cause tarnishing. Please be mindful of this.
· Always remove jewellery before working out. Rings and neck jewellery.
· Top tip: With clean hands, your jewellery should be the last thing you put on after getting ready for your day/evening. Your jewellery should also be the first thing you take off at the end of the day/night.
AFTER USE:
· Store your jewellery pieces individually in the UTTN gift bag/boxes provided when not worn, out of direct sunlight.
· Always fasten necklaces and bracelets before storing to prevent tangling.
CLEANING
· We do not recommend using any solutions or chemically treated jewellery cloths to clean/shine your UTTN jewellery. If required, simply use a soft non-abrasive lint free cloth and gently buff to bring back natural shine on your stainless steel and sterling silver pieces.

Method 1: DIY – How to Find Ring Size At Home
Using a piece of string or paper cut into a thin strip, wrap it around the base of your finger.
Use a pen to mark the point where the end of the string/paper meets to complete the circle.
Take a ruler and measure from the end of the string/paper to your pen mark in millimetres (mm).
Now you can use this measurement to choose the closest size according to the above guide.
Method 2: How to find Ring Size Using An Existing Ring
Take a ring you already have that fits as you require on the finger you wish to buy a new ring for.
Using a ruler measure the inside diameter of that ring in millimetres (mm).
Use that measurement to select the corresponding size according to the chart above.
