Our flowers are picked and packed whilst in bud. This is to ensure freshness and maximum vase life as your flowers bloom. Follow our flower care guide to enjoy your blooms for longer.
Letterbox Flowers
We pack our flowers securely into a specially designed ventilated box, which fits through most letterboxes so there is no need to wait for the delivery. We guarantee that our bouquets will stay fresh for a minimum of 7 days, subject to the care guidance being followed. All letterbox flowers will arrive with a personal message card (if requested), care instructions and a packet of flower food.
Dispatch Timelines:
Flowers are dispatched Monday to Friday each week by Royal Mail 24 hour post. You can therefore expect your flowers to arrive within 2-4 days of placing your order.

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 24 hour delivery. Order your Letterbox and Box flowers each week by:
Friday, Saturday or Sunday – for dispatch on Tuesday.
Monday, Tuesday – for dispatch on Thursday.
Wednesday, Thursday – for dispatch on Friday.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of the items, returns are not accepted.

For Sheila, despite being a professionally qualified florist, flower design has been a therapeutic hobby for 20 years. But in 2021 she took her penchant for floristry and created Box & Blume: letterbox and box flowers delivered fresh to your door in any season, and for any special occasion, all over the UK.
Selecting flowers from the rich, colourful fields of Kenya, the Netherlands and South America, Sheila selects and packs her flowers while still in bud – so they bloom before your eyes and stay at their best for longer.
