UK standard delivery is £3.85 for 2 items and £6.95 for 2+ items.

Orders are usually delivered in 3-4 working days.

Returns

You may return any item to Terre Candle within 14 days of receiving your order.

The returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact hello@lovejamii.com immediately and provide your original order number to begin a return. Y0u will then be sent a return authorisation number.

Once you receive the authorisation number, please promptly repackage your items securely and post them back using a Royal Mail service. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorisation number. When your returned items are received you will be reimbursed the original purchase price including original postage costs. Terre Candle will not pay any postage or handling costs incurred by the customer in the course of returning items under these circumstances. All cancelled or returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking and transaction fee.
