Inside the tin box, you have 40 premium hand-cut wooden pieces with an excellent finish to make up the beautiful vibrant picture of Philly the ASTRONAUT. In addition, each box comes with an information card showing a picture of the puzzle for reference and a description of who an astronaut is.

Delivery
UK standard delivery is £1.83. Orders usually take 2-5 working days to be delivered.
Delivery to Europe and the rest of the world is £7.50 and takes up to 7 working days.
Returns
You can return products within 14 calendar days after the date your product was shipped. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalised Products:
Due to the nature of personalised products, exchanges and refunds are not available unless it is a fault on the part of Philly & Friends.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to seller error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Philly & Friends aims to inspire little ones through books and positive imagery. As well as author Vese’s debut book, Who Do I See In The Mirror?, the uplifting wall art and affirmation cards are made to teach children to see the beauty in themselves.
The character of Philly is inspired by Vese’s daughter. Fun, confident and adventurous, she’s an inspiring role model that young children can identify with.
