Returns
If you’ve changed your mind about the purchase, just send the items back to Lava Cap in their original packaging and state (i.e. unworn, unaltered) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. You will need to cover the cost of return postage in this instance. Contact hello@lovejamii.com to return your item.
Faulty products must be returned within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund (incl. Return P&P). Contact hello@lovejamii.com if your item has arrived damaged.
The returned goods remain your responsibility until it is received by Lava Cap so be sure to obtain proof of postage in the event the parcel gets lost in transit.

In her own words, Rose is passionate about healthy, juicy hair. And she knows that when even deep conditioning doesn’t combat the dryness, it’s time to level up.
