Description
This bonnet range is inspired by the art of Adire [ah-dih-reh], a tie and dye technique native to the Yoruba peoples of southwestern Nigeria. Adire has been preserved for centuries by traditional makers, and we hope to continue celebrating the art, with a modern twist in bonnet form!

Sizing
Kids: Recommended for children aged 2-5 years, perfect for protecting short, medium density hair. Should the child have past shoulder length or very full hair, opt for a standard bonnet and use the adjustable drawstring to tailor the bonnet to a smaller head size.
Standard: Perfect protection for medium density hair reaching up to the shoulders.
Maxi: Ideal for volumous or long hair, including braids and protective styles

UK tracked delivery is £5.99.
From the moment an order is placed, items will take 1-5 days to be dispatched, and thereafter, usually take 2-3 working days to be delivered.
Europe and USA delivery is £11 and usually take 5-7 working days to be delivered after dispatch.

Yeye Mi means ‘my mother’ in Yoruba, and so it’s no wonder that this brand it has at its core a nurturing energy and a passion for self-care. Created by Abi, Yeye Mi marries the wisdom of native African traditions with modern day convenience to create handmade wellness products, from African print satin-lined bonnets to Ayurveda tooth whitening powder.
