In 2015, Georgina was looking for a fitting greetings card to congratulate a friend on their newborn. But when she couldn’t find a card with a black family, she simply cut, cropped and crafted her own.

Georgina created Afrotouch Design to give the greetings card industry a little Afrocentric joy. Her cards mix meaningful messages with African wax prints, carefully sourced and delicately shaped by Georgina herself. In 2015, she saw Afrocentric gifts missing from the mainstream. Now, Georgina’s cards are award-winning – and they’re still all about spreading love and drawing a smile.
