The item has to be within 28 days of original purchase
It has to be unopened (the top of the pouch must be sealed and the packaging in as new condition)
If an item is returned under these conditions, it can be accepted, and you can then be issued with a replacement blend if you so wish or a full refund for the cost of the item. Please note, that Mother Nature’s Recipes and Jamii are not responsible for initial shipping costs or return shipping costs.
When you are returning items please ensure that you package the items carefully to prevent it being damaged in transit.
