Delivery

UK Royal Mail 1st class delivery is £1.40 or free for orders over £10.

Orders are delivered within 1-2 working days, although this can be 3-5 working days in busy periods.

Delivery to Europe is weight-based and ranges from £4-£6.50.

Returns

You have a 14 day right to cancel your order and return certain goods and services. Due to the nature of Fairfield Gardens products, only goods that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging may be returned before a refund can be authorised. When a refund has been approved you will also be refunded the original post and packaging costs.

If you are returning items please ensure that the items are packaged securely. If incomplete, damaged or used items are received, further reductions may be made to the amount refunded to you. Jamii and Fairfield Gardens do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit, however if you can show proof of postage (you can request this from the Post Office free of charge) then a refund may be offered.

If a parcel sent to you has arrived damaged, please contact hello@lovejamii.com within 7 days of receipt. If you can include a photo of the damage that would be appreciated.  You may be asked to return the goods and damaged packaging in order for Fairfield Gardens to investigate further, in which case a refund for the return postage will be given. Please ensure that you secure the package when returning it. Your products will be replaced or refunded according to your wishes.

Due to the nature of Fairfield Gardens goods, exchanges will not be issued except under the circumstances described above. Fairfield Gardens reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are believed to have been used, or are not in their original condition (for example if a lip balm has melted because it was left near a heat source). These Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.
