Shipping to Europe is £14.99 for Standard Shipping. Orders are usually delivered within 1-4 working days.
Shipping to USA is £9.99 (for accessories & closures) for Standard Shipping and orders are usually delivered within 4- 5 working days and £19.99 for everything else.
Returns
Returns can be granted on all unused items within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are not offered; if you wish to order a different length/style you will first have to return your existing item for a full refund first and then re-order. Some exceptions may apply. To return, you must first email us stating your reasons for return. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
