Delivery
UK standard delivery is free and orders are delivered within 2-3 working days. Orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked service.
Shipping to Europe is £15. Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 working days.
Shipping to the USA is £25. Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 working days.
Please note that Jamii and Nabz Saad are not responsible for any import taxes or custom duties that may apply for overseas orders
Returns
Returns can be accepted on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is despatched back to Nabz Saad within 14 days of receipt by you.

Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if there has been error with the order.
Returns for refund will proceed within 5-10 working days of receiving the item, however card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This depends on their processing time and can vary greatly between card issuers.
Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. Nabz Saad and Jamii are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(es) and placed in a protective box.
Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Returns cannot be accepted for items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.
