Orders are usually delivered in 1-3 working days.

Returns

ColorBlend Makeup are happy to exchange or issue a full refund for a product up to 14 days after placing your order, on the condition that it is returned to us unopened, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.

ColorBlend Makeup reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any goods that do not meet the above requirements.

ColorBlend Makeup cannot accept responsibility for returned items until they have been received by their returns department. For your protection, they advise customers to obtain proof of posting and use a carrier that insures your goods in the event of them being damaged or going missing in transit. They also highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service so you can track your order on its way back to ColorBlend Makeup.

Faulty/Incorrect Goods

If you receive an item from that is faulty/broken or which you did not order, please contact hello@lovejamii.com within 14 days of purchase and ColorBlend Makeup will arrange a refund or a replacement. In the event of you returning goods, please send the items back via Royal Mail (recorded) delivery.
