To ensure you’re ready for the early stages of motherhood, we have created our Bump to Breastmilk bundle.

This consists of our Mum-To-Be blend designed to ease nausea and sleepless nights whilst supporting the female reproductive system. We also have our Mama’s Milk Aid blend to aid healthy breastmilk production.

Each pouch is 70g and contains 14 servings.

Mum-To-Be Tea ingredients:

• The gingerols in the ginger slices ease symptoms of nausea.
• Shatavari root promotes hormonal balance.
• Lemon verbena works to reduce symptoms of anxiety and insomnia.
• The spearmint, full of essential vitamins and nutrients adds a lovely sweetness to the blend, balancing out the other strong flavours for a smooth profile.

Mama’s Milk Aid ingredients:

• Moringa, a wonderful galactagogue, is also rich in 5 essential vitamins & minerals including iron, calcium, vitamins A, E & K and contains exceptionally high levels of antioxidants.
• Vervain is a relaxing herb that has a calming effect on both the mother and the nursing baby. It supports the let-down reflex when it’s blocked due to emotional stress. It also works as a nervous system tonic and has been used to help postpartum depression.
• Fennel has a positive influence on the total quantity of milk and its fat content whilst marshmallow root eases digestion in mama and baby ensuring all the ingredients go down smoothly.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

Infuse one heaped teaspoon per cup in freshly boiled water, for 5-10 mins depending on taste. Strain and serve. Herbs brewed for a shorter amount of time (5 mins) can be brewed twice before discarding.
