South London Kitchen creator Ayo has one aim: to rid the world of bland food. His flavoursome sauces, dips, marinades and dry rubs are all made in South London, and as such draw inspiration from the diverse cultures living here alongside one another.
Ayo created South London Kitchen after realising that his own scratch-made BBQ sauce did it better than Heinz. Using only natural ingredients, and as locally-sourced as possible, every recipe is inspired by the variety of global cuisines available right on his doorstep.
