    (We created our Boxed By Jamii range to keep shipping costs low even when you’re buying from multiple creators, so don’t forget to have a browse there.)

    Delivery

    UK standard delivery is £2.30.

    Orders are usually delivered in 3 working days.

    Delivery to Europe is £11.

    Delivery to the USA is £14.85.

    Returns

    You may return your item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused, unopened and in its original condition.

    Aaron Wallace has a 14-day returns policy. You may return your item provided it is unopened, unused and in its original condition. Aaron Wallace and Jamii are not responsible for return shipping costs.

    Delivery

    UK standard delivery is 2.99.

    Orders are usually delivered in 2-4 working days.

    Returns

    Aduwham will only refund or exchange unused products if they are returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

    If your order arrives faulty broken, a replacement will be provided. Please email hello@lovejamii.comwith your order number and a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of your order being delivered.

    Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, returns cannot be provided on sale items or gift cards.

    Refunds
    You’ll be notified once your returned item has been received and inspected your return, and informed if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    UK standard delivery is free. Orders are typically dispatched one business day after the order is placed, using Royal Mail Signed For.

    Shipping to Europe is £10. Orders are usually delivered within 5-10 working days.

    Please note that Jamii and Afi Akos are not responsible for any import taxes or custom duties that may apply for overseas orders.

  • Almocado

    Delivery

    UK standard delivery is £3.99.

    Orders are usually delivered in 3-5 working days.

    Returns

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

    Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund where they are perishable (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines) or where they are intimate or sanitary goods (like underwear), or where they are hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

    Other types of services cannot be returned for a refund, for example where the service begins as soon as you make the payment (e.g. a downloadable software product) or a gift card or gift wrapping service

    Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item.

    Almocado’s standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price and postage and packaging charges if you change your mind (i.e. the goods or services provided are not faulty or were not described improperly) within 14 working days.

    If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us at hello@lovejamii.com first before requesting a refund as Jamii may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.

    Where you would like to return a physical product you have purchased, please contact us at hello@lovejamii.com to let us know that you will be returning the item. To obtain a refund for a non-physical product (like a service) please contact us for further information about how this can be done.

    Once your return is received and inspected Jamii will contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet where Jamii has told you it has been issued, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn’t been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

    If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then only refund the amount that you paid will be refunded (and not the amount the item was listed for).

    If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact Jamii before making the purchase.

  • Amaris & Chaya

    Delivery

    UK standard delivery is £4.99.

    Orders are usually delivered in 1-4 working days.

    Returns

    You may return your item in an unused and resalable condition within 14 days of receipt. Please email hello@lovejamii.com to return your item.

    Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items returned are sent at the purchaser’s cost. Make sure that you get a proof of postage receipt. It is advised that you post your return via recorded or signed for delivery.

    You will be notified via email when your return has been received and when the refund has been processed. All returns will be refunded back using your original method of payment within 10 working days from receipt of email.

    Any SALE items cannot be returned for refund or exchanged.

    Exchanges

    If you would like to exchange, please email hello@lovejamii.com within 14 days of your purchase. Returned items to be exchanged must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. It is advised you use registered mail as Amaris & Chaya and Jamii cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

    Exchanges will be processed after receipt and inspection.

  • Ametrine Skin

    Ametrine Skin has a 14-day return policy if the item is unopened and unused. If you’d like to return your order, contact hello@lovejamii.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Jamii immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

  • Artefacts

    Delivery

    Returns

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    We appreciate it may be difficult to see how products fit online. Artefacts offers exchanges for incorrect sizes.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    To return your product, you should mail your product to: 184 Harrow View , Harrow, London , HA1 1UQ, United Kingdom.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that Artefacts will receive your returned item.

     

  • Ashanti Curls

    Delivery

    UK standard delivery is £4.69.

    Orders are usually delivered in 3-7 working days.

    US tracked delivery is £16.

    Returns

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged upon arrival as a result of a manufacturing fault. If a product is faulty due to a manufacturing fault, please email hello@lovejamii.com with a picture and/or video of the damaged item. This will be inspected and on the bases of the inspection a replacement item will be sent out. The Ashanti Curls returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately Ashanti Curls can’t replace your item.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    Refunds

    In accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations, under exemptions ‘tailor made’ and/or ‘broken hygiene seals’, refunds are only available where the item has arrived faulty as a result of a manufacturing fault. Jamii and Ashanti Curls will require evidence of this and will usually ask for a picture or a video of the item before deciding on a refund. You must also notify hello@lovejamii.com of the fault within 14 days of receipt.

    Refunds will not be accepted on any items for wrong sizing, or if you’ve changed your mind, due to hygiene reasons.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email that your proof has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, the funds can take a number of days to show.

    Sale items (if applicable).

    Sale items are exempt from any refunds and cannot be returned.

  • Ashanti Swimwear

    Delivery

    UK standard delivery is £5.99.

    Orders are usually processed within 2 working days and delivered in 2-5 working days thereafter.

    Europe and USA delivery is £25. Orders are usually processed within 2 working days and delivered in 7 working days thereafter.

    Returns

    For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted. If you decide to cancel your order before dispatch, please send us an email at hello@lovejamii.com.

    Orders are usually delivered in 5 working days.

    Returns

    Aso’s policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, you may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

    • Book with obvious signs of use
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error by Aso
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email that your returned item has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@aso-global.com.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced Aso items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    Shipping

    Delivery

    All orders in the UK are aimed to be delivered within 2-3 working days.

    Returns

    If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, please notify us via email at hello@lovejamii.com, and return the goods in its original packaging to: Innovation Campus Birmingham, Faraday Wharf, Holt St, B7 4BB, within 7 days of receiving the product.

    All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed.

  • Beard Culture London

    Delivery

    UK tracked delivery is £3.99.

    Orders are usually delivered within 2 working days.

    Returns

    You may return any unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Get in touch with hello@lovejamii.com to arrange a refund.

    Jamii and Beard Culture London are not responsible for return shipping fees, although Beard Culture London will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of their error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

    You will receive your refund within 14 days from the day on which Beard Culture London receives the product back from you, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, simply contact us hello@lovejamii.com quoting your order number and return requirements.

    Delivery to Europe, USA and Canada is £9.

    Returns

    You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it – unwashed, unworn and with the original tags attached.

    If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect it can be exchanged and the return costs refunded.

    Please contact us directly and ensure that these returns are made in the original packaging .

    If your return is not the result of Black Sunrise’s error, you will be responsible for return postage charges. We recommend sending your item signed for as refunds will only be processed once items are received and inspected.

    Refunds

    Once your returned item has been received, you will be notified. You will also be notified on the status of your refund.

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment.

    The time frame of your refund will be based on your card issuer’s policies.

    Shipping to the USA is £9.50. Orders are usually delivered within 5-15 working days.

    Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days.

    Returns

    Products may be refunded up to 14 days after receipt. Products must be posted back before cost of products are refunded. Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.     All Beyond Black items are made-to-order. Due to this, refunds or exchanges are not possible except for size modifications.

    Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 24 hour delivery. Order your Letterbox and Box flowers each week by:

    Friday, Saturday or Sunday – for dispatch on Tuesday.

    Monday, Tuesday – for dispatch on Thursday.

    Wednesday, Thursday – for dispatch on Friday.

    Returns

    Due to the perishable nature of the items, returns are not accepted.

    If for any reason you change your mind about your order, contact hello@lovejamii.com immediately to request a cancellation and a refund.

    To be eligible for a return, the item has to be in an unused and undamaged condition. You have 14 days from receipt of the product to contact us to request a cancellation. You then have 14 days from the date you notify Jamii of your cancellation to return the items. The return postage will be at your cost.

    You will be notified once your item has been received and inspected and informed if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and refund the funds to you.

    Unused and/or unworn items of clothing can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. A refund or exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to review of the returned product.

    Returns

    All products must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition to be considered for refund.

    You have 14 days after delivery to initiate a refund or an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

    After the return order is received by Coconut Palm, please allow 2-3 business days for refund.

    If your order received free shipping and is returned, a flat fee of £3.50 will be deducted from your return total. This helps Coconut Palm buffer the cost of shipping.

    Coconut Palm reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

    Coconut Palm is unable to process refunds for items sent to an address that was provided incorrectly and/or entered incorrectly during checkout.

  • Colourshot

    Delivery

    UK standard delivery is weight-based and will be calculated at checkout.

    Returns

    If you change your mind about a purchase, please let us know as soon as possible.

    If your order has been sent out and you wish to cancel it and return your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please then return the purchase, unworn and unused with original packaging, within 14 days of notifying us that you intend to do so. You should post your returned item to the return address on the address label.

    If you are returning your order from outside the UK, please mark “returning item” on the package, so that a customs charge will not be levied.

    Please note that returning postage costs will not be refunded EXCEPT where the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend that you use the original packaging to ensure safe delivery.

    All Colourshot items are packaged in such a way that you can easily examine them on receipt and repackage if necessary. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the purchase while they in your possession if you intend to return. Returned items must be complete and undamaged. Missing parts or damaged merchandise will be deducted from the final refund.

    If any of the above-mentioned conditions are not met, Colourshot reserves the right to refuse the refund or significantly lower the value of the refund due to diminished value. Jamii will refund you on receipt of returned goods using the same method by which you paid, unless a different method is agreed.

  • Crumpetorium

    Delivery

    UK standard delivery is £6.50. Crumpets are baked on a Wednesday and Thursday weekly and dispatched immediately to arrive on Thursday or Friday.

    Returns

    Please get in touch by 5pm on Tuesday to cancel your order.

Luckily, our return instructions is stated on the delivery note which makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back within 14 days of receipt. 

    When sending us an email, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange. All online purchases must be returned to the specified address on the delivery note. Some items are not eligible for a return or refund.

    Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.

    Standard UK tracked delivery is £2.99. You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 working days of the order being placed.

    Unsuccessful deliveries and items not delivered

    If items are returned to Mum Bub Hub, after two or more unsuccessful attempts at delivery they may require payment of a redelivery charge based on the original method of delivery.

    If an item is not received by you, email us within 10 days of your estimated delivery date. If we are not notified within this timeframe we will be unable to assist you in locating or replacing your missing item.

    Refunds & Exchanges

    Please do not hesitate to email us at anytime if you are unhappy with your order.

    UNOPENED items in NEW condition may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price. For hygiene reasons returns on any opened products cannot be accepted.

    Mum Bub Hub will issue refunds if the product is returned due to an allergic reaction; however there must be 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify.

    If a product arrives broken or damaged, a replacement can be sent. However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging.

    Please email us for a return authorization. Please include your name or the name of the recipient, the order number and date of purchase (both can be found on the Sales Receipt/Packing List enclosed in the box.) We will get back to you with instructions on how to complete the return or exchange.

    Please note, any postage incurred by returning the item/s will not be refunded and Mum Bub Hub does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Mum Bub Hub. The item must be unworn and in a re-saleable condition with all original packaging.     No refunds on clearance sale items from Up To The Neck Jewellery.

    Rings must have size tab attached.

    Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene.

    If you find a fault with your item/order please notify Jamii within 24hrs of receiving the goods. All items are quality-checked before shipping. Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact, perfumes, heat exposure and general wear and tear is not a product fault. Please see Up To The Neck’s jewellery care instructions (on every product page) on how to best care for your items.

    Please note any item(s) received in unsaleable condition will be rejected for a refund. This includes any items poorly repackaged and damaged in transit back to Up To The Neck Jewellery.

    Please note: Any parcels returned to Up To The Neck Jewellery by Royal Mail due to the customer entering an invalid/incomplete address will be refunded upon receipt minus delivery costs. If your order was eligible for free delivery the standard rate of delivery for your region will be deducted.

    Please follow the steps below to return your parcel:
    Re-pack the item in the original padded parcel envelope or suitable alternative with all original packaging attached & gift bags.

    Clearly label the package with the return address we provide once the return has been approved.

    Arrange postage and return the package via the Post Office ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt and keep safe until you have received your refund. Using a trackable shipping option is recommended. This will enable you to receive your refund if the parcel is lost in transit. Any items that are lost in transit and untraceable cannot be refunded.

    Return postage costs will be the customers’ responsibility. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.

    Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund of the item(s) (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed to the original payment method. It usually takes up to 10 working days. We will contact you to confirm refund processing.

    The Very Puzzled returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    Returns

    You can return most items purchased online within 14 days of receiving it. It must be in its unused, unopened and original condition including all contents and original sealed box.  If you’d like to return an item that’s arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product.

    Returns are not accepted for the following:

    • Dated items (e.g planners and diaries)
    • Pens
    • Items you’ve started using
    • Customised or personalised products
    • Custom-made products
    • Items with a broken seal on the box
    • Bottles

    Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned item if we feel that it has been maliciously damaged, used or have items missing.

    Please do not return any item using the address on the postage label unless explicitly instructed. When you are returning an item, please make sure you return your item to us via a reliable courier and obtain proof of postage. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us again. We are not responsible for item that is lost or damaged on its way back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstance. The cost of shipping for your original order will be deducted from your refund.

    As soon as we’ve received your returned item, we’ll send you an email to let you know whether a refund or exchange will be processed. Every item that is returned to us shall be inspected and tested upon receipt. We will not refund items that show any sign of usage or damage. Please note that we can only refund through your original method of payment. If you have decided to exchange your item, we can only send your exchange to the address on your original order for the sake of fraud prevention.

    Undeliverable orders

    When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to VIVE CON STYLE, a full refund (excluding delivery charges) will be issued.

    Packages that are returned as undeliverable cannot be resent. If you would still like to purchase those products, you’re welcome to place a new order. A package may be ‘undeliverable’ because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to sender.

    UK standard delivery is £4.10. Orders are usually dispatched in 3-5 working days.

    Delivery to Europe is £16.99.

    Delivery to the USA and Canada is £20.99.

    VP Royals aim to ship your orders within 3-4 days after payment has been processed. All orders are sent via a tracking service to ensure the safe arrival of your order. We recommend that customers check the progress of their deliveries via www.royalmail.com. Please ensure you are available on the estimated date of arrival of the order or contact the courier to schedule a redelivery to your home address or a pick up at a nearby holding facility.

    Once orders have been confirmed to be delivered to the given address entered for shipping during purchase, VP Royals cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We advise that customers contact the courier immediately for further information and assistance regarding the delivery. Please keep your tracking numbers safe as this will be required when getting in contact with the courier, in order to be assisted promptly.

    If for any reason the courier is unable to assist with finding the order, please contact us with the case number provided from the courier so that we can assist you further.

    Returns

    Orders can be cancelled as long as it hasn’t been sent out for delivery. If the order has been shipped, once customers have received the parcel they can return it back to us unopened (customers will be responsible for any return shipping fees).

    Once orders have been processed and shipped we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of products due to health and safety regulations. However if incorrect or damaged products have been received customers can email us. They will have to submit photo images of the incorrect or damaged products when they contact us. If customer service staff authorise a return, they will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Any approved refunds will be credited back into their credit card or original method of payment.
