    Find all the delivery costs for the creators available on our marketplace below. Each creator has their own delivery fees, and so if you’re buying from multiple creators, this may mean they add up at checkout.

    (We created our Boxed By Jamii range to keep shipping costs low even when you’re buying from multiple creators, so don’t forget to have a browse there.)

  • 10FT

    Delivery

    UK standard delivery is free. Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days.

    Delivery to Europe is £10. Orders are delivered within 8-15 working days.

    Delivery to the USA IS £20. Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days.

    Returns

    10FT offers a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and 10FT will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

    If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact [email protected].

    Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

    The refund will not be issued if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).

    *You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by emailing [email protected].

    Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your product if you would like to return it. Once you notify us, we will arrange a return. Please send us an email via [email protected] with your order number and photo evidence of your product.

    All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

    Returns

    The 4CurlyHair returns policy lasts 14 days from the day of payment. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, a refund or exchange cannot be accepted.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in a resalable condition.

    To complete your return, receipt or proof of purchase is required.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

    ●       Items with obvious signs of use

    ●       Products that have been opened and the original packaging damaged or destroyed.

    ●       Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

    Delivery

    UK 2nd Class Signed For Delivery is £3.

    Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days, although this may be affected by COVID-19.

    Returns

    Due to the nature of 516 Polish products, returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons except in the case of a damaged product upon arrival.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If you are shipping items back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as it cannot be guaranteed that your returned item will be received.

    Delivery

    UK standard delivery is £2.95. Please allow 2-4 working days for your order to arrive.

    Returns

    It’s requested that the items should be returned unused and within the original packaging within 14 days of purchase in order to qualify for an exchange or a full refund. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

    We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. 8.7 Living or Jamii cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.

    Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund where they are perishable (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines) or where they are intimate or sanitary goods (like underwear), or where they are hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

    Other types of services cannot be returned for a refund, for example where the service begins as soon as you make the payment (e.g. a downloadable software product) or a gift card or gift wrapping service

    Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item.

    Almocado’s standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price and postage and packaging charges if you change your mind (i.e. the goods or services provided are not faulty or were not described improperly) within 14 working days.

    If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us at [email protected] first before requesting a refund as Jamii may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.

    Where you would like to return a physical product you have purchased, please contact us at [email protected] to let us know that you will be returning the item. To obtain a refund for a non-physical product (like a service) please contact us for further information about how this can be done.

    Once your return is received and inspected Jamii will contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet where Jamii has told you it has been issued, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn’t been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

    If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then only refund the amount that you paid will be refunded (and not the amount the item was listed for).

    If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact Jamii before making the purchase.

  • Afi Akos

    Delivery

    UK standard delivery is free. Orders are typically dispatched one business day after the order is placed, using Royal Mail Signed For.

    Shipping to Europe is £10. Orders are usually delivered within 5-10 working days.

    Shipping to the USA is £15. Orders are usually delivered within 5-10 working days.

    Please note that Jamii and Afi Akos are not responsible for any import taxes or custom duties that may apply for overseas orders.

    Returns

    Returns are accepted up to 14 days after the order is placed. Get in touch to arrange a refund.

  • ALINES HANDMADE

    Delivery

    UK standard delivery is £3.50. As items are made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be delivered.

    Returns

    All ALINES HANDMADE items are made to order. To cancel an order simply email [email protected] within 2 working days after your purchase and receive a full refund.
    If your item has arrived damaged, please email [email protected] with all relevant information regarding damage, at which one we will then ask you to send the garment back to ALINES HANDMADE. Once received an email will be sent to you to to confirm your replacement order.
    Exchanges

    Please email [email protected] with full details of your order, size and which size you would like to exchange to, and the correct size will be posted to you. All orders will have to pay return postage.

    Customer are liable to pay for any remaining cost if they wish to exchange for a more expensive item.

  • Amanthis Stationery

    Delivery

    UK standard delivery is weight-based and ranges from £0.85-£3.

    Standard delivery is sent via the Royal Mail Second Class to the UK Mainland (including Highlands, Islands and Isles) and will take between 2-5 working days (not including dispatch). Jamii and Amanthis Stationery hold no liability for lost packages and no signature is required.

    Returns

    Refunds may be accepted with 14 days of receipt by you, provided the item is unopened, unused and in resalable condition. Jamii and Amanthis Stationery are not responsible for return shipping costs.

    UK standard delivery is £3. Orders are dispatched and delivered within 5-7 working days.

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    We appreciate it may be difficult to see how products fit online. Artefacts offers exchanges for incorrect sizes.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that Artefacts will receive your returned item.

    All orders in the UK are aimed to be delivered within 2-3 working days.

    Returns

    If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, please notify us via email at [email protected], and return the goods in its original packaging to: Innovation Campus Birmingham, Faraday Wharf, Holt St, B7 4BB, within 7 days of receiving the product.

    All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed.

    UK standard delivery is £3.68. Orders that are not custom colours will be processed within 1 – 5 working days.

    Depending on the size of your order you may receive your order in more than 1 package due to content restrictions with Royal Mail. Please allow for 3 weeks, 21 days from dispatch email before getting in contact with us about any orders that have not been received.

    Returns

    Due to the application nature of the product, BEAU Polish do not accept returns or exchanges. If you feel it necessary to request a refund, please get in touch with [email protected].​​

    If you receive an item from that is faulty/broken or which you did not order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and will will arrange the appropriate action.

    Every piece is presented in a signature Beautifully Unique jewellery gift box with an accompanying cloth bag to store your piece. A cleaning cloth is also provided with sterling silver and gold pieces to keep them looking new and tarnish-free.

    You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it – unwashed, unworn and with the original tags attached.

    If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect it can be exchanged and the return costs refunded.

    Please contact us directly and ensure that these returns are made in the original packaging .

    If your return is not the result of Black Sunrise’s error, you will be responsible for return postage charges. We recommend sending your item signed for as refunds will only be processed once items are received and inspected.

    Refunds

    Once your returned item has been received, you will be notified. You will also be notified on the status of your refund.

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment.

    The time frame of your refund will be based on your card issuer’s policies.

    Shipping to the USA is £9.50. Orders are usually delivered within 5-15 working days.

    Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. Currently due to COVID-19, delivery can take approximately one week.

    Returns

    Products may be refunded up to 14 days after receipt. Products must be posted back before cost of products are refunded. Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.     Friday, Saturday or Sunday – for dispatch on Tuesday.

    Monday, Tuesday – for dispatch on Thursday.

    Wednesday, Thursday – for dispatch on Friday.

    Returns

    Due to the perishable nature of the items, returns are not accepted.

    Delivery

    UK standard delivery is £2.99. Orders are dispatched with 1-2 working days and delivered within 2-5 working days thereafter.

    Returns

    When you receive your item, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt and always before use. Please ensure that a returns authorisation number is obtained before attempting to return any items.

    You have 14 days to return your order under BOXD’s 14-day return period policy, which starts on the day after you received the item. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you. Please ensure that when you receive an item that you take reasonable care of it when trying it/inspecting it e.g. please ensure that any security seals or tags are still intact.

    All returned products are checked by BOXD. If you are entitled to a refund then Jamii will refund the price of your item. Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of a cancelled order, and at the latest within 30 days of receipt. Jamii will refund the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item.

    Return of replacement goods

    If an item you ordered was found to be faulty and we replaced it, you have the right to cancel your order in respect of the replacement product within 7 working days starting on the day after you received the replacement item and receive a refund.

    Cost of returning items

    Please note that BOXD and Jamii can only refund the postage costs for returning an item where: BOXD sent you the wrong item, or the item is damaged or faulty; or where you are returning a substitute or replacement item which you do not want to keep. BOXD and Jamii will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. Luckily, our return instructions is stated on the delivery note which makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back within 14 days of receipt. 

    When sending us an email, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange. All online purchases must be returned to the specified address on the delivery note. Some items are not eligible for a return or refund.

    Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. 

    Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this. 

    Exchanges

    Exchanges are accepted on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item dispatched back to Lohi within 14 days of receipt by you. 

    Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area. It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Lohi when sent back. Luckily, our return instructions is stated on the delivery note which  makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back within 14 days of receipt and identify which item you would like replaced. 

    Email us and we’ll be happy to help you out.  You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. 2 exchanges are offered for every item.

    The difference will be refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.

    If items are returned to Mum Bub Hub, after two or more unsuccessful attempts at delivery they may require payment of a redelivery charge based on the original method of delivery.

    If an item is not received by you, email us within 10 days of your estimated delivery date. If we are not notified within this timeframe we will be unable to assist you in locating or replacing your missing item.

    Refunds & Exchanges

    UNOPENED items in NEW condition may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price. For hygiene reasons returns on any opened products cannot be accepted.

    Mum Bub Hub will issue refunds if the product is returned due to an allergic reaction; however there must be 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify.

    If a product arrives broken or damaged, a replacement can be sent. However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging.

    Please email us for a return authorization. Please include your name or the name of the recipient, the order number and date of purchase (both can be found on the Sales Receipt/Packing List enclosed in the box.) We will get back to you with instructions on how to complete the return or exchange.

    Please inform Jamii as soon as possible of your desire to return unwanted items by contacting us at [email protected] Please await our authorisation of return, then carefully package and send the goods back to the stated address below using recorded / trackable delivery and ensure a copy of your invoice / receipt accompanies the return. Jamii and Tiwani Heritage strongly recommend that you use some form of recorded delivery and that goods are securely packaged and insured as they cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged hair.

    Damaged or incorrect / missing items

    When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to VIVE CON STYLE, a full refund (excluding delivery charges) will be issued.

A package may be ‘undeliverable’ because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to sender.

    UK standard delivery is £2.99.

    From the moment an order is placed, items will take 1-5 days to be dispatched, and thereafter, usually take 2-3 working days to be delivered. This may be affected by COVID-19.

    Europe and USA delivery is £11 and usually take 5-7 working days to be delivered after dispatch.

    Jamii and Yeye Mi are not responsible for any custom duties costs that may be incurred.

    Returns

    Returns and exchanges are accepted with 14 days of delivery. Return the item to Young Mary’s within 21 days of deliver y for a refund to be processed. Jamii or Young Mary’s are not responsible for return postage costs and if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will also be responsible for any loss in value.
